Uninsured Home Heating Oil Spills

Ryan Kath at NBC 10 Boston aired a 4-part series on residential heating oil spills, featuring Susan Crane’s experiences with uninsured homeowners’ spills. The series also addresses a pending Massachusetts bill sponsored by Sen. Anne M. Gobi, S. 594, on which Susan Crane testified in support. The bill would require all Massachusetts insurers to make home heating oil cleanup cost coverage automatic in every homeowner policy.
